14-day returns
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To start a return, email support@seekora.shop with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We'll reply with the return instructions.
Please return items unused, complete and, where possible, in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is damaged, defective or wrong.
Refunds
We refund the full purchase price, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your return (or proof that you sent it back). Refunds go to your original payment method.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund. You won't pay anything for this.
